COMMON QUESTIONS

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes. We do have some breed restrictions, but we love pets as much as you. We welcome them as part of your family.

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Yes there is a security deposit that is refundable so long as everything is in order at the end of your lease. Deposit amounts vary, please speak to proper management for details.

DOES RENT INCLUDE UTILITIES?

Rent does not include utilities. Water and Waste are pass-through charges, but show a separate line items on your statement. Cable/TV/Internet and Electric will be direct accounts with the providers, not billed through Country View Properties.

WHAT CABLE/TV/INTERNET PROVIDERS ARE AVAILABLE?

Nortex Communications have installed fiber lines to the property. They are the primary provider unless you wanted to use a satellite service.

WILL THERE BE COVERED PARKING?

Yes! We anticipate covered parking being complete by the end of March 2019.

HOW MUCH IS COVERED PARKING?

Each unit will include 1 reserved covered parking. Additional covered parking spots may be available for lease. Please speak to property management for details.

WHAT APPLIANCES COME WITH THE UNIT?

All units include an electric range/oven, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. We do have connections for a washer and dryer but they are not included. Ask property management about washer and dryer leasing options.

WHAT'S THE PROCESS TO LEASE A UNIT?

Simply fill out the online rental application, which can be accessed here. There is a $32 application fee per applicant. We will run the report, which checks credit, criminal and eviction backgrounds, once everything clear simple select the unit you'd like, the length of time you'd like to stay with us and your move-in date and we'll prepare the lease agreement. Simple as that. 

WHO IS REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION?

Each person 18 or older that will be occupying the unit is required to completed an online application.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE OFFERED?

Auto-draft (ACH) is our preferred method of payment. We also have an online tenant portal that will allow for online payments using either your bank account or credit card.

PETS, ARE THEY ALLOWED? 

Pets are allowed. There is a pet deposit and a small monthly fee, as well as a few breed restrictions, but pets are more than welcome. Ask property management for details regarding out pet policy.
